Shipping Policy

At Manaha Organics, every order is carefully packed by hand to ensure your products arrive fresh and beautifully presented. Because we’re a small, artisanal business, we take great care in preparing each package before it leaves our hands.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a notification with your tracking details.

Please note that slight delays may occur during busy periods, holidays, or due to courier issues beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Domestic Shipping Options

We currently offer the following delivery methods:

  1. Local Pick-Up (Free)
  2. Customers in Cape Town or Maseru area are welcome to collect their orders directly.
    Simply select “Local Pick-Up” at checkout, and we’ll get in touch to arrange a convenient collection time and location.
  3. Free Shipping Nationwide in South Africa (Orders R1500+)
  4. Enjoy free door-to-door delivery anywhere in South Africa when your order total is R1500 or more.
  5. Standard Delivery in South Africa (Orders under R1500
  6. For smaller orders, a standard courier fee applies. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Refund and Returns Policy

At Manaha Organics, our soaps are handcrafted with care in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. As a growing small business, we truly value every purchase and do our best to make sure you’re happy with your order.

Refunds & Returns

Because our soaps, oils, and skincare items are made from natural ingredients and designed for personal use, we can only accept returns or exchanges in limited cases.

If there’s an issue with your order, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can make it right.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • We cannot accept returns on used, or custom made products.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used skincare or soap products
  • Gift cards or promotional item

Exchanges

Shipping Returns

To return a product, please send it to our address: Marlborough Park, 5 Bath Road, Claremont, Cape Town. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
